Job Overview As a Business Analyst for Bounty Fresh Foods Inc., you will be responsible for collecting data, designing and creating reports, and providing analyses, visualizations and insights to support decision-making activities of the company, as well as to help improve the efficiency of the current processes of the different departments. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Design and build effective and efficient reporting solutions, that fulfill business operational reporting requirements. 2. Conduct data analyses, spot data trends, calculate forecasts, perform gap analyses, generate reports and visualizations, and communicate insights. 3. Help define and build visualizations to better communicate the performance and aid in decision-making activities. 4. Address report/information requests and clearly communicate status with requestors and with management. 5. Collaborate with department heads and operations managers both to collect data and to review current processes in order to propose efficiencies and solutions. 6. Continuously research and test most current tools applicable in improving existing reportingprocesses. 7. Support the BFFI group with ad-hoc projects and analyses, as assigned. 8. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated high level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint), creating and managing performance dashboards and data visualization Working knowledge/experience on Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Slides) is a plus Experience in Data Visualization tools like Visual Studio, Tableau, Power BI is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and active listening skills Motivated self-starter Willing to learn. Experience in demand forecasting and marketing analytics Key Qualifications and Experience: Graduate of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing. Statistics or any other related courses 2-3 years' experience in reports management and data analysis and visualization, with proven ability to deliver high quality & accurate reports within timescales
