The business/ systems analysis specialist has a broad and deep knowledge of customers' business environments, operations, relevant regulatory, compliance and governance frameworks as well as industry standard processes, key trends, customer segments and lines of businesses. He/ she demonstrates this knowledge and experience to advise on, capture and define business and system requirements and processes that best reflect customer needs, based on product capabilities and best practices.
What will your job look like?
Accurately anticipate current and future business requirements to meet the customer needs
Ensure high business value based on product capabilities and best practises while ensuring proficient business value between business processes, technology and people.
Leading customers to efficient solution, by observing the overall picture while maintaining a level of detail appropriate to the context;
Demonstrate deep business and technology expertise
Identify requirements, assess capability gaps and propose possible solution approach and/ or new capabilities that the project, iteration or work effort should deliver.
Build positive relationship with the customer IT and business partner group at the most senior levels of the organization and become aware with customer IT plans, budget and business roadmaps!
Lead E2E solution domain and take full responsibility for own work; Lead the work of other internal or external BAs and users (indirectly/ matrix); May provide quality review of BAs work to ensure that the business analysis work is of sufficient quality to meet solution objectives and deliver business value; Handle requirements traceability and prioritization.
Collaborate with project/ line / solution manager on the planning and estimation of BA activities; Supervise BA activities, develop and handle requirements management plan
Responsible for developing and leading practices and standards and IP within the unit/ organization.
All you need is...
Computer Science Degree or Industrial Engineering & Management - Information System
10 years' of experience in telecom industry and/or IT, with at least 5 years practical experience in business / system analysis, working with customer on requirement and business processes definition, in a variety of complex situations.
Customer-facing experience: Ability to lead and facilitate sessions, resolve challenges and suggest solutions using various methods (presentations, demos, business processes etc.)
Wide knowledge & experience in set of products & master in E2E Business processes at least in one, if not most business domains.
Proficient experience in partner and client management.
