This position requires a strong self-starter who can proactively engage stakeholders across a virtual, cross organizational/functional team, and who has senior level interpersonal skills such as influence management, negotiation, and analytical/problem solving skills. Responsibilities Lead efforts to expand the digital communication products (email & text) Support stakeholders through all stages the Agile transformation life-cycle Complete the daily execution of bulk email campaigns to customers Extract reporting from multiple sources and synthe it efficiently and accurately through various steps in the daily process Track workflow completion using JIRA ' accurately document work completed/performed Interface and lead initiatives with various stakeholders, including: MIS, QC/QA, Legal, Compliance, Controls, CDM, UAT, and various LOB partners Learn both email and text execution/development processes to serve as a backup for execution on text campaigns, in addition to email execution responsibilities Showcase and demonstrate the success of the product by effective written and verbal communication skills Effectively communicate with senior management to understand needs, communicate status, and resolve conflicts. Regularly deliver written and verbal presentations to senior leaders. Proactively identify obstacles and collaborate with team to identify options/solutions Documenting, reviewing, analyze and evaluate business processes, systems and user requirements/needs Ability to perform in an environment that offers a wide degree of creativity and latitude with the expectation of high performance and results Display high level of communication/professionalism in leading groups and process improvement initiatives
