Supervise all Multi-Skilled Technicians and other technical support staff to ensure efficiency in the operation
Maintain and properly handle all machinery and equipment in the building
Implement technical and engineering policies, systems, and procedures.
IF YOU ARE:
A Licensed Mechanical Engineer
Experienced in property management for at least 1-2 Year(s)
Exposed to building equipment operations and maintenance, design, engineering techniques, drafting, and occupational safety standards is a plus
Skills and with good knowledge of AUTOCAD or similar apps, and Microsoft Office
Good in verbal and written communication skills
a leader with leadership skills and team rapport
Willing to work on holidays and shifting hours
