Job Description
• Supervises and gives proper instructions to technicians to ensure that they are using the right procedure, tools, etc.
• Checks service requests and addresses engineering-related concerns raised by owners, tenants, team members and all other service providers through systematic approach with clear action plans.
• Monitors all safety and security systems and ensures that all are in excellent operating condition.
• Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualification
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Must be a licensed Mechanical or Electrical engineer.
• Must have excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
