Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering Mechanical.
Registered Mechanical Engineer and Master Plumber license is an advantage
Required language(s): Filipino, English
At least 5 year(s) and up of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably an Engineering Supervisor/ Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Property Management, Residential Condominium, Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
Mechanical Engineer preferred and Pollution Control Officer (PCO) accredited by DENR.
Job role in Facility Management, Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping and Repair (Electro-mechanic).
Highly Analytical, flexible, dynamic, pro-active, trustworthy & loyal.
With excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Can work under pressure, team player, mature, dynamic and hardworking.
Applicants must be willing to work in Manila / Ortigas areas.
