The Building and Facilities Manager is responsible for handling and overseeing the daily operations of the school grounds and facilities.
To ensure that the school building is secure, safe, maintained and running smoothly,
The Manager is expected to work flexibly managing traditional office work for administrative and support services, as well as hands-on work around the building in support of school operations.
The manager who is expected to handle internal and external client concerns involving facilities must have excellent communication skills.
Candidate Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related degree
Must have at least 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years as Facilities Manager
Work experience in the hotel and hospitality industry is an advantage
Must have proficiency in Microsoft programs
Team player with a flexible attitude
High level of work ethic and organizational skills
With excellent written and oral communications skills
Applicants must be willing to work full-time
References must be immediately available
