Description
• Ensures proper and cost-effective repair and maintenance of all company facilities including building spaces/structures, vehicle and rolling equipment other fixed assets except IT hardware and equipment
• Ensures compliance to and manages all health, safety, and security requirements of the Company and all gov't regulatory bodies.
• Prepares and monitors annual and monthly operating budget of the Administration Division.
• Participates in and manages major and minor building construction projects in
coordination with project consultants.
• Manages and coordinates all facilities contractors including janitorial, security, communication, general and engineering trade contractors.
• Manages the assignment of all spaces including assignment of training/seminar rooms and relocation of staff or office areas; except assignment of meeting room areas
• Participates in hiring and evaluation of Admin staff
• Trains and supervises REM Supervisor, BM Coordinator and Communication Staff
• Checks overtime of BM Coordinator and Communication Staff
Job Qualifications
• Engineering Graduate, preferably licensed or member of a relevant Professional Institution
• With Professional license in driving
Job Specifications
• Managerial Experience in Building and Construction (preferably in medium to large service organization)
• With unquestionable integrity
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• With good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate
