As Budget Planning and Cost Control Analyst you will be in-charge of the following responsibilities:
Financial System
Assist the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in the formulation of policies, programs and system to improve management of financial risks and increase the likelihood of attaining financial objectives & goals. This shall include but not limited to policies on the following:
Working Capital (e.g. Cash, Receivables, Inventory)
Balancing of Operating Budgets
Capital Investments
Investments
Debt level & Capacity
Revenue Diversification
Stabilization
Contingency Planning
Assist the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager in the regular review of financial policies to reflect the company's major shift in priorities.
Operating Budget
Assist in the preparation of company's budget and projected financial reports to include but not limited to:
Updating of budget templates
Assisting in budget consolidation
Review the pattern of actual operating expense and recommend necessary adjustments to Financial Planning Manager on how balanced budget can be maintained when appropriate.
Financial Control and Analysis
Preparation & Analysis of the following reports:
Monthly Financial Performance Report
Departmental Expense Report
Monthly Financial Ratios
Detailed P&L Analysis Report
Cash Flow Statement
Monthly Capital & Operating Expense Report
Prepare & analyze information on Corporate P&L and Head Office Expenses
Qualifications

Must be Graduate of BS Accountancy, Business Management or any related course.
Must have at least 3 years' experience in similar field
Must be literate on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be knowledgeable on any computerized accounting system (e.g. SAP)
