I. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Budget and Planning Specialist - Advertising and GTN focuses on the consolidation, analysis, and control of the company's commercial investments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Gross-to-Net and Advertising accruals, preparation and analysis of commercial investment reports, regular reviews of open budget and accruals, owning the GTN and advertising Budget/LE process, working with Marketing, CD team, Advertising agencies and other B&P to control commercial investment funds and supervision of the Commercial Investment Processor (outsourced staff) who is responsible for settlement of distributor and direct trade claims.

Internal: Marketing Team, Customer Development Team , Finance Team
External: CThird Party Advertising Agencies

Average cash collection per month - Ps1.4B
Average Gross To Net deductions per month - Ps115M
IV. Leadership/Supervision
Supervise the Credit Processor and Collector
V. Education and Functional Experience Required:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant
Preferred:
Background in audit
Experience:
At least 2 years experience in Credit (Audit experience preferred)
VI. Skills, competencies and level of required supervision:
Skills

● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● High proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
● Easily adapts to new system (Experience using SAP an advantage)
● Good analytical skills and detail-oriented
● Time management
● Can under pressure and/or for extended hours especially during month-end or budget
season
