1. Responsible for the batching plant and coordination of any combination of the design mix for production
2. Operation includes operating all system, performing all daily checklist, maintaining reports and systems logs, troubleshooting all aspects of each system, and maintaining area in a clean, orderly manner
3. Refer to the batching schedule, and ensure accurate batches of concrete mix delivered to clients in accordance to their requirement
4. Coordinate flexible workforce activities as needed for recipe specific requirements
5. Participate in setting strategy for the processing system to ensure meeting and/or exceeding production schedule in the most efficient manner possible
6. Maintain a safe and clean work environment to promote associate safety and product integrity.
7. Troubleshoot processing system to optimize performance and take corrective action to ensure product quality while minimizing unnecessary downtime.
8. Coordinate to preventative and downtime maintenance of area to supervisor and engineering and maintenance
9. Improve operations through individual and group problem solving and provide leadership in solving problems on the respective area and in meetings.
10. Promote high quality team environment through effective teamwork and self-management with a positive attitude.
11. Assist quality control on products and adhere to the standards
12. Takes the lead in the internal calibration of Batching Plant Equipment
13. Participate in site safety program and actively look for ways to improve site area safety.
14. Responsible for communicating and elevating any product quality and safety concerns to site management.
15. Other similar duties as assigned. Set up and verify the formulation of batching area.
