BROKERS RELATION
 
Responsibilities:
Handles brokers and/or agents, Coordinates and servicing directly and/or digitally.
Expand network through connecting with other Realty Brokerage outside Cebu.
Sales Agents and Brokers
Build contacts with sales agents and brokers.
Interview and hire new sales people or brokers.
Approve site visits and orientation for sales agents or brokers.
Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings with brokers and sales agents.
Work with sales people or brokers to improve performance.
Set commission and incentive programs for sales agents and brokers, and review and approve its release.
Respond to inquiries from agents, brokers and potential buyers.
Manage client/customer information database.
Assign floor duty and open houses.
Conduct product knowledge presentations/seminars and other related trainings to Sales Staff, Brokers and Agents.
Serve as resource person for training and other functions as the need arises.
Qualification:
A graduate of any Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related course.
1-2 years relevant experience.
An excellent understanding of real estate sales principles and office systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Technology adept in digital marketing and social media.
