This position will work closely with the team to ensure all transactions are verified and compliances are followed. This individual will also assist other admin tasks when necessary. Roles and Responsibilities . Assist assigned loan officers with loan submissions and document follow up . Ensure loan documentations and verification . Provide document notations . Data entry of documents such as bank statements, payslips, contracts, etc. . Verify transactions and preparation of compliances . Follow up on banks/email conditions . Provide pricing and order valuations . Assist on other admin tasks when upon advised Required Experience . At least 2 years relevant work experience A Successful Candidate must have . Excellent communication skills . High attention to detail . Exposure to with Australian mortgage brokers . Ability to handle pressure . Proficiency with tools/apps used for loan processing Experience Advantage . Graduate of Accounting or Finance .
