» Prepare/data entry of application for lodgement
» Timely and accurate input of customer application from various Client Fact Finds into multiple systems
» Review and collate, identify gaps and prepare the documents as if ready for lender submission
» Complete lender documents and forms
» Valuation and pricing related to applications to be requested upfront
» Generate NCCP documents and lender documents for signature
» Submit application to lender
Requirements:
» practice in the same function for at least 2 years
» Must have in-depth knowledge and knowledge with Australian mortgage (origination)
» Any finance aggregator in Australia (Vow Financial, Mercury, FLEX, SFG, Simpology, or related using ApplyOnline)
