Overview:
The purpose of the role is to support mortgage brokers in the preparation, packaging, and submission of loan applications to a variety of lenders. Lender and customer follow up will also be required.
Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate input of customer application in CRM (e.g. Mercury, Infynity, Flex, Apply Online)
Packaging and submission of customer application to the lender. This includes interpreting lender credit requirements to ensure the appropriate supporting documents are held and provided to the lender. Supporting documents must also be scanned into broker software
Conduct both Inbound and Outbound Calls
Follow up Lenders to ensure the file progresses in a timely manner
Updating tracking worksheet to ensure brokers are aware of loan status at all times
Broker follow up (if required) for any outstanding documents
Undertakes any other task or duties as deemed necessary by the management to achieve business goals
Assisting with ad hoc office-related projects and initiatives
Knowledge, Skill-set & Experience Required:
Knowledge in CRM ((e.g. Mercury, Infynity, Flex, Apply Online)
Meeting of required processing timeframes as advised by your Management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to time-manage
Ability to cope with change
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Proficient in computer and great typing skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree
At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Administration and Coordination Business Process Outsourcing 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
