We specialise exclusively in residential mortgages - from first home buyers to seasoned investors - and operate on a referral-only basis, focusing on quality rather than volume.JOB SUMMARY:The Broker Support role is designed to provide comprehensive assistance to the Principal Broker across all stages of the lending process. The successful candidate will begin with a focused set of responsibilities and gradually expand their scope to support - and eventually manage - functions that align closely with a full Loan Writer position.This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning. Over time, the role will evolve to include greater client interaction and ownership of key broker tasks.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Document ManagementDownload, rename, and accurately file client documents following onboarding.Maintain organised digital records for all client files.Credit Review and AnalysisReview and analyse client
documentation.Complete a Credit Analysis document to support key lending assessments.Product Research and RecommendationsAssist in preparing shortlists of recommended products and loan structures.Support the preparation of pricing requests and maintain lender comparisons.Application Preparation and CoordinationPrepare instruction/summary sheets and liaise with the processing team (X-Source) for loan applications.Order valuations and ensure all required forms are issued to clients via Adobe Sign.Track receipt of signed forms and coordinate with X-Source to finalise submissions.Client
Communication (as skills develop)Draft and send client emails, such as checklists, updates, and follow-ups.Maintain professional and friendly communication to ensure a smooth client experience.Compliance and Meeting Support (future stage)Assist in preparing compliance notes and meeting recaps.Join client meetings to capture key details and support strategy discussions.RequirementsSKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:Strong credit analysis and financial assessment skills.Excellent English communication (written and verbal).Fast learner with the ability to adapt and understand complex processes.High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Ability to think critically and work with minimal supervision.Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving mindset.EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in mortgage broking, loan processing, or financial services preferred.Familiarity with loan documentation, compliance, and credit assessment processes.Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Adobe Sign, MS Office, CRM systems).BenefitsHere at Access Offshoring, we believe in more than finding our clients the right candidate.
