RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand Megaworld Manila's client base
· Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to grow customer loyalty
· Partner with brokers and investors to understand their business needs and objectives
· Effectively communicate the value and sales proposition through proposals and presentations
· Report on strategic direction, status of accounts, tactical budgets, updated weekly sales performance of Broker Partners, and accomplishment of sales targets
· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline from committed and dedicated Broker Partners
· Be updated with and proactively act on local and national real estate market trends
· Effectively manage Broker Network Managers including mentoring and coaching them towards top performance
· Assess competition and articulate the distinct aspects of properties and services of Megaworld Manila
· Outsmart Megaworld Manila's (MMnl) competition and position MMnl property inventory as the preferred brand of real estate
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· Has at least three (3) years worth of directorial experience in the real estate industry developing project-client-focused sellers and action-biased sales professionals
· Must be a BA/BS degree holder (graduate of BS Real Estate Management is an advantage; MBA/Master's Degree/Doctorate degree holder is an added advantage)
· Has excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
· Has excellent skills in sales and marketing leadership processes from planning to referral network expansion
· Has the ability to analyze data, find trends, craft solutions, and take action
