Tap new brokers to accredit with Ayala Land Premier
Assist and/or endorse brokers and clients on special concerns such as post-booking concerns (title related concerns, property turn-over, payment restructuring, complaints, etc.
Work closely with other teams within Ayala Land Premier, such as Project Sales and Marketing.
Assist in ALP engagement and activation events
Monitor sales production for assigned project and prepare corresponding reports for analyzation
All other duties as determined by the immediate supervisor
Graduate of any 4-year course, with pleasing personality
With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferably in real estate industry or hospitality industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Commitment to providing exceptional service to internal and external customers
Quick learner and team player
