The Broker Support Assistant is responsible in providing system-related support to Trading Participants (TPs).
Key Responsibilities:
Provides immediate solutions and response to TPs incidents and queries through phone or email;
Logs the incidents and queries in the PSE Helpdesk System;
Assists during thrid party system testing and certification;
Logs, processes, monitors and archives Service Requests;
Creates and updates the Service Requests' database;
Assists in preparing the monthly billing for TPs;
Assists in preparation of systems documentations such as test scripts and users manuals;
Assists in preparing and updating the standard operating procedures of the department; and
To constantly update oneself on the PSE Trading Rules, SEC Revised Securities Act, and other trading regulations essential in the course of trading.
Graduate of any Business-related course, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent degree;
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply;
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN/PC troubleshooting;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills; and
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Customer Service Stocks/Securities 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
