Duties and Responsibilities:
• Data entry and database management
• Obtain quotes for client
• Dial in to the insurance company software and run several quotes looking for the top three
• Be familiar with the following Insurance types: Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, Business insurance including Management Liability, Vehicle Fleet insurance and General insurance
• Complete application forms and then scan or email
• Prepare necessary documents
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Office Admin or industry related experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Exposure/Experience in Business and Commercial Insurance
• Background in SVU and Sunrise Tool (Cloud-Based)
• Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
• Recording and Data Entry skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
• Ability to adapt to new tools and software
• Highly organized with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Experience in Fleet and Management Liability Insurance is highly regarded
