The Opportunity
Our client is inspired by the greatest event in Australian insurance history with a desire to help others and established the Australian Mutual Provident Society to offer insurance to the marketplace. They use their skills and experience to advise clients on how to reach their business goals, by helping them to understand what risks lie in their way and how they can manage those risks.
We are currently looking for another talented individual to be part of the growing team. As Broking Admin Officer will be reporting directly to the onshore manager.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Account Manager to service a portfolio of small and medium-sized clients, through their insurance renewals and annual insurance cycle.
Acquiring knowledge of and understanding the client's business and insurance needs and maintaining up-to-date client information within the client's business system.
Identifying products and services which will benefit the client and meet their needs.
Timely and accurate processing of invoices, policy accounting information, quotations, premium calculations, policy wordings, certificates of currency, and all other documentation utilizing the broking business systems.
Skills & Experience
With at least 2 years work experience in financial services or comparable sector.
Have strong English copywriting and communication skills.
Keen attention to detail, word processing, and document preparation skills.
Excellent time-management.
Skills in word processing and document preparation.
