Responsibiities:
Manage all broadcast logistics, including schedule, overlays, and technical requirements in preparation for event
Capable of acting as the show director for AA level production
Responsible for Technical planning and execution of a show
Assist on documentation of processes and workflows
Stay on top of technology issues and workaround, reports to Broadcast Supervisor and Head for issues that needs immediate action
Assist on communicating, feedback and escalating technical issues in support of Senior Broadcast Engineer
Anticipate project issues/risks and clearly communicate resolutions to the marketing team and management
Research other esports events and share best practices
Work closely with the production teams and other teams across MET International to develop new and existing broadcast features
Ensure onsite execution and delivery of event
Simplifying and improving production workflows
Responsible for maintaining technical knowledge base
Requirements:
2 years' experience producing esports events and broadcasts
Able to handle 3 - 7 crew units in a number of events of different scales
Have been part of production events with different suppliers locally and internationally with different nationalities
Take part in planning and executing projects from studio broadcasts to AAA event locally and overseas
Has the skills to adapt to new environments and new software/hardware situations. (E.g. cross-platforming between ATEM and Tricaster)
Capable of learning new technology in a short amount of time, to be able to use the acquired knowledge to the earliest possible time frame
Has cascaded new technology across different regions of the company.
Able to travel, including international travel, and work flexible hours that may include nights and weekends as needed
Skills and Level of Proficiency
Experience with the latest broadcast trends and software
Firm understanding of SDI/Fiber/IP based workflows
Firm understanding of Streaming/distribution workflows
Firm understanding of flowcharts and algorithms
Strong understanding of broadcast equipment (e.g. BMD, Ross, Tricaster, vMix)
Strong understanding of broadcast software (Xsplit, Vmix, OBS Studio, Ross Xpression. New software will always be a plus)
Firm understanding of Lighting/LED Panel Workflows
Character
Capable of executing tasks and solve problems under pressure
Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative; enthusiastic "can-do" attitude.
Flexible/adaptable to non-conventional workflow

Comfortable with expressing one's plans and ideas to a team
