JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer engagement: Communicate and negotiating with Japanese counterparts/clients on requirements and project issues via video call meetings, chat, or face to face.
Act as the liaison between Japanese clients/business partners and API
Translates technical and functional documents from Japanese to English and vice versa as needed
Support the sales objective of the organization by arranging sales opportunities and presenting and explaining the technical specifications products and services
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in any course
Japanese level at least N2
At least 1 year of involvement in software implementation projects with Japanese clients
Experience in software development is an advantage
Experience in writing software documentation (detailed design), test document is an advantage
Attributes:
Knowledgeable in Japanese business culture and behavior.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills, independent thinker, self-starter, and able to work with individuals/ teams in implementing the project.
Effective time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility with work schedule to meet the demands of the project.
