We are looking for a fashion-forward and highly motivated Bridal Store Manager who will lead our team to ensure that brides have a consistently delightful experience in Ivory & White Bridal Store. She must have a strong aptitude for sales and be excited about helping brides find the perfect wedding gown. She will also assist in the store's marketing endeavors (social media, bridal fairs, e-mail, etc.).
Duties and Responsibilities include:
· Providing exceptional customer service to all Ivory & White brides and represent the brand in a professional manner
· Meeting sales goals
· Ensuring the sales floor is neat and presentable
· Building relationships with brides via consistent communication throughout the entire bridal experience
· Answering customer queries and setting appointments for fittings
· Ensuring fitting and alteration schedules are on track, and that alterations are up to standards
· Computing sales prices and total purchases. Receiving and processing cash and check payments
· Maintaining current knowledge of sales and promotions, products, payment and exchange policies and security practices
· Promoting a store culture of consistent coaching and delivering feedback to develop team
· Administrative duties such as inventory and sales reports.
· Prepare costings for customized products. Monitor and manage expenses.
· Coming up with relevant content for marketing and updating social media accounts.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's/College Degree in fashion, business, retailing, sales and marketing or any other related field of study
· Must have at least 2 years work experience in sales, customer service, or related field
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
· Proficiency in MS Office applications and/or other productivity software
· Interpersonal skills, detail oriented, organized, team player, can multitask, with strong work ethic
· Knowledgeable in social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
· Must be able to work on weekends and willing to work in Loyola Heights, Quezon City
