Program and Member Engagement Officer will be resposible for:
Using data to design effective and relevant campaigns to match the right offer to the right audience and lead to higher take-up and conversions
Monitoring and reviewing campaign performance to create strong data narratives and reports that will lead to actionable recommendations on how to optimize and better performance
Leading member campaigns from end-to-end -- strategizing and designing of campaigns, on-time implementation, monitoring and assessing effectiveness of campaigns
Planning and overseeing new programs closely with stakeholders
Developing and implementing pilot programs that will support the business (i.e. new mechanics for campaigns, customer journey experiments, etc.)
Evaluating the effectiveness of the program & providing insights on ways to improve
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Economics, Communication Arts and other related courses
At least 3 years experience in CRM, strategy, account management or similar role
Good attention to detail to manage the integrity of CRM programs to be implemented
Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
Ability to discern meaning from patterns and spot trends from data
Experience in data presentation and data storytelling
Project management skills and able to complete deliverables against deadlines
