To lead in the conceptualization of strategies and the execution of tactics that strengthen the brands of MPTII and its group of companies, and directly contribute to the achievement of its sales objectives.
Provide overall guidelines for each of the brand and develop either internally, or with third-party resources, campaigns that promote and make each brand, top of mind for end customers.
Working with the Category Managers, The Sales Team, and E-Commerce Team to develop marketing campaigns and promotions that accelerate sell out, deplete slow moving inventories, and also ensuring that new product introductions are in line with the brands promise and strategic roles within the company portfolio and platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing the strategy for each of the Brands, developing a calendar of activities for each of the brand, and leading in the execution of those activities while ensuring spend is kept within budget
E-Commerce Support. Leading the Creative Team and Working with the E-Commerce Head to provide timely support on campaigns and collaterals for the various E-Commerce Platforms
Working with the National Sales Manager to provide timely support for retailers related to store branding and collaterals and Trade Marketing activities
New Product Introduction (NPI) Support. Closely working with the Category Managers to ensure all New Product Introductions are consistent with the branding and packaging guidelines. Whenever possible, lead in the development and execution of campaigns and collaterals for the product launch.
This role was developed as the need to create focus on purely Brand Building activities as the company has increased the number of brands in its portfolio and expanded to omni-channels.
Minimum Qualifications:
A degree in Marketing with a minimum of 5 years managing similar brands and portfolio
Experiences of success in launching, growing, reviving brands to deliver on sales targets
Experience in leading a Team and has proven track record on delivering sales targets and managing group budgets
Experience in conceptualizing and executing on various projects with high degree of success
Work experience in the same industry
Experience in E-Commerce
