The Marketing Manager is in charge to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels in order to support and achieve business objectives. He/she is responsible to develop pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share as well as considers customer satisfaction.
He/she has the ability to create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple channels and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operational Efficiency
Lead execution of marketing programs from start to finish to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of overall strategic marketing plan
Able to analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing the best practices to build successful strategies
Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return on investment, as well as profit and loss projections
Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives
Partner with creatives team, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies as well as suppliers
Continuous Improvement
Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
Management Systems Compliance
Awareness and compliance to policies and procedures as required by the ISO 9001 Standards
Keeps record of data and other related documents for future reference
Operational Continuity
Conducts brainstorming sessions with Sales & Marketing team to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
Keep himself/herself abreast with the latest products, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape within the industry
Performs other related functions which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns from ground up
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Detail oriented and highly organized
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
At least two (2) years of experience in brand marketing or similar field
Preferably with experience related to FMCG industry
Preferably Graduate of Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other related courses
Mid-Senior Level / Manager Sales and Marketing Paper / Forest Products 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
