The position is primarily responsible for developing the assigned brand through product development and initiating marketing activities that will directly increase the sale to achieve the sales target. A. Responsible for creating brand strategies such as positioning, scheduling and deciding on the selling platform B. Responsible for creating and developing new products and improving existing products C. Responsible in creating brand collection guide for specific season/month D. Coordinates with SO, RS, SIO in developing specific marketing activities for each product to increase sale E. Conduct research and study on market trends and customer behavior F. Constantly attuned with the latest and future market trends related to the brand G. Assist in developing online marketing activities H. Develop activities to increase brand awareness among target market I. Conceptualizes marketing plan/efforts to increase market share and generate brand awareness J. Responsible in thinking of new licensing opportunities as well as handling coordination with the licensing agencies. K. Responsible in updating Product Knowledge Training (PKT) as necessary based on new product development L. May conduct product trainings to orient sales department on new product innovations. M. Coordinate with third party suppliers as necessary in developing new items N. Implement improvement in the process for more efficient operations. O. Comply with the company policies, rules and regulations and standard procedure established; P. Responsible for the orderliness, cleanliness and safety in the work area; and Q. Perform other work related task that may be assigned from time to time.
