Job Description
• He/She performs brand building and product management functions to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensures that overall sales and gross margin targets for the assigned brand are met.
• Monitors and evaluates the sales performance of brand.
• Monitors inventory level to achieve optimum sales to inventory ratio.
• Corresponds regularly with the merchandising and sales teams on brand concerns; prepares and submits brand reports and updates.
• Scouts market for viable distribution, monitors performance of distribution channels and recommends appropriate actions.
• Conceptualizes, implements and evaluates marketing activities to promote awareness on brand, product and distribution channels.
• Scouts relevant brand partnerships through sponsorships and activations.
• Champions the conceptualization and content creation for all communicable channels such as social media platforms, website and ecommerce site and print materials.
• Prepares brand presentation materials and conducts brand/product orientation to concerned parties, both internal and external.
• Conducts trainings for store people including brand and product to help overall performance of staff.
• Keeps abreast with new brands and trends in the market and observes competitors regularly for pricing and new product lines.
• Recommends sales programs to further improve sales performance and motivate sales people.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate leader from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of any business- related course preferably marketing.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• With at least 1 year of experience.
• Fresh graduates with good scholastic record may be considered.
• Strong conceptualization and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Sauyo, Novaliches Quezon City.
