1. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote DMark Beauty products in the retail market. This involves creating marketing plans, coordinating with advertising agencies or in-house creative teams, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign performance.
2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. 6. E-commerce Knowledge: Demonstrate understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with e-commerce software and tools such as Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok Shop.
7. Digital Marketing: Understand basics of digital marketing techniques such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising. Execute content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
8. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor and evaluate e-commerce performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior. Basic knowledge of data analysis and the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
