BRAND MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: With strong and deep interest in health, beauty, and personal care Good academic background from any of the following courses is preferred: Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Economics, Management Engineering or any business-related course from a reputable university Preferably at least 5 years relevant experience handling the same position in a consumer industry Must be able to come up with new and effective marketing strategies Able to conceptualize and implement massive, visible and highly competitive displays at the selling area of various supermarkets With strong background in merchandising and brand management Has the passion and innovation in promoting beauty-related products Must be comfortable with frequent field visits to monitor, push, execute, and achieve sales target Possesses analytical skills and keen foresight With excellent visual, verbal and written communication skills, and has the ability to communicate to all levels inside and outside the organization Highly quantitative, analytical Loves to go out and socialize Naturally extroverts and very sociable, able to interact with different types of people Superior presentation skills Self-starter, resourceful and possess keen attention to details Creative, resourceful and demonstrates an astute business sense Proven leadership and mentoring qualities Responsibilities: .Accountable for the overall performance of the brand .Recommends solid marketing strategies and concrete tactical solutions to achieve set objectives
