Your job would entail the below:
● Creative ideation and deep research: Taking end to end responsibility of putting
together a pitch deck right from getting the right brief from the client to undertaking
your own research to putting together a long term campaign strategy and finally
presenting it to the client.
● Long term account planning: You will also play a major role in ensuring the growth of
the brands that are already working with theAsianparent by being involved in the
annual, quarterly and monthly planning and measuring the success of these brands
vis-à-vis the goal that the client is chasing.
● Pitching strategies to clients: You will be a part of multiple power packed calls and
meetings throughout the day within the team, across teams and with clients for a
variety of reasons which may include a quick brainstorm to prioritizing pitches to
answering a client's questions as the brand custodian.
● Creative thinking: Conceptualizing enthralling campaigns for brands whether it is for
a product launch or a topical day right from the creative route to the campaign
hashtag to deciding the platforms that we will be focusing on and the duration of the
campaign.
● Communicating effectively: Developing an eye to read between the lines when it
comes to the way a brand communicates with its audience across all touchpoints -
websites, emailers, SMSes etc.
● Analysis: You will also be working with a bunch of analytical tools to understand
search trends, dig up insights from the available data after a campaign performance,
run polls and surveys to justify your idea and approach.
● Distribution: Apart from strategizing, you will also be evaluating campaign
distribution options with potential partners, influencers and through other
distribution networks.
● Revenue hungry: You don't just ideate and pitch but you pitch to close the deal for
the organization. You will be a strong support team for the sales team helping them
give the best 1st to market pitch which makes the client give us a purchase order.
● Team playing and leadership: You will be working with multiple team members with
different skill sets to successfully complete the task at hand within the given timeline.

1. You have 2-3 years of experience matching the above requirements
2. You are creative and capable of thinking outside-the-box.
3. You are structured in your way of working.
4. You are articulate and enjoy pitching your ideas to others.

TOOL PROFICIENCY REQUIRED:
1. Microsoft office - Word, Powerpoint, Excel
2. Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google, Adobe, etc.
3. Knowledge of distribution & programmatic channels such as Facebook, GDN,
Outbrain, Taboola, etc.
