Main purpose of the job:
The Brand & Innovation Manager will ensure that game-changing and insight-led innovations and Top 10 campaigns are brought to life to drive business growth, increase penetration, and market leadership. You will lead a team who fully owns the end-to-end project management of future-facing platforms, and leading cross-functional collaboration with other project members. In addition, you will partner with the Chains team to deliver innovations and activations for key QSR customers.
There are four critical sub-scopes of this role:
Uncover Operator Group insights and Identify market opportunities that will land our growth strategy for Plant-based, Savoury and Dressings.
Develop locally relevant mix such as product design, proposition communication, packaging architecture in response to the needs and desires of the target market
Deliver Business Growth focusing on Top 10 penetration and innovation
Working closely with the Chains team to deliver on innovation funnel, and engage in top-to-top meetings with key customers
Main Accountabilities: * Owns portfolio positioning, sustainable growth strategy and strategy into action informed by real-time insights.
Creates Purpose-led brand content for Innovations & top 10's:
Crafts compelling content, Selling Stories, Killer Demos and Sampling
Provide claims, search keywords, and creates sensorial content for product pages.
Ensure product campaign, messages are integrated:
Integrated into the content calendar (works with Content Manager/Operator Experience)
Map product messages with the different specific journey stages (works with Campaign & Automation Manager)
Chains team partnering and Sales enablement
