Remedy is hiring its first Brand Director to join our management team. As a Brand Director you will have full P/L responsibility for the brands under your portfolio and will be an entrepreneur within our larger organization.
You will have to engage with multi-disciplinary teams with people from Operations, Finance, Product Supply, Design and Marketing to develop and execute strategies for your brands.
You will lead and build a mix of Marketing and Operational teams that will allow you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership. We are looking for people aren't afraid to take smart risks and innovate on the customer journey to help us build an amazing O2O (online 2 offline) experience.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled storyteller, and expert influencer with the demonstrated ability to drive consensus across an organization but more importantly who can get things done.
This individual will grow into an organization wide leader who can drive system wide innovation for Remedy, helping create a culture of learning, growth and impact.

Prior experience leading consumer-facing marketing teams and executing marketing strategies that drive brand and revenue growth
Prior experience leveraging digital marketing to launch brands (paid, organic, search, social)
Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and manage business processess across marketing, operations and back office functions
Creative marketer who has a natural feel for what a customer wants and needs
Passion for health, beauty, wellness and the business of being good and feeing good
Strong analytical and planning skills
Superb English communication and presentation skills
Ability to work remotely with a distributed team
