Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Brand and Digital Communications Associate is primarily responsible for creating content for the company's social media pages and digital properties. He/She is expected to develop social media campaigns and marketing strategies, including content idealization and implementation schedules that are aligned with business objectives.
He/She will report to the Brand and Communications Supervisor and will facilitate the implementation of digital marketing campaigns to help grow and sustain the company's digital presence and engagement.
In addition, he/she must maintain social media sites and websites responsiveness by making sure that all queries are attended to and closed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media and Content Management
Create and/or manage engaging, shareable content about Pilmico's products and/or services
Help develop marketing strategies that will grow Pilmico's followers, engage and retain them, convert into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of Pilmico
Ensures brand consistency in social media messages by working with various departments, including but not limited to brand, product category managers, marketing, and sales
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Monitor and engage with customers/followers and respond to their queries - received either on social media and/or website - in an accurate and timely manner
Collects customer data and use this information to create comprehensive reports to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
Content Creation for other Digital Marketing Channels
Write and produce various types of content regularly, to expand Pilmico's digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads
Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote offers and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers
Research products and conduct competitor analysis
Collaborate with category managers, sales, external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and the audience
Digital Broadcasting Operations
Support the business unit's social media initiatives by overseeing and managing the broadcast operations of live stream activities
E-commerce Support
Manage and support the on-page and off-page creative requirements of Pilmico eCommerce channels and promotions
Account Management
Serve as the lead point of contact for all brand & communication matters of the division assigned to him/her
Build and maintain strong & harmonious relationships with his/her assigned division
Liaise with other departments and business units to ensure that communication materials are consistent with established brand guidelines
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of branding & communication solutions according to the division's needs and objectives
Other Tasks
Support and collaborate Marketing related initiatives, projects and events
Performs other related activities that may be assigned by immediate superior
Qualifications
Graduate of any four (4)-year course
One (1) year of professional experience in the related field
CRITICAL SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Knowledge in branding and marketing
Visual storytelling abilities
Skilled in creative design include Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier), demand generation, blogging is a plus
Skill in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing
Ability to work independently, quickly and under pressure
Possess strong stakeholder management, project management. and resiliency
