Affinity Express, part of the Ayala Group of Companies, is looking for a Brand Content Manager to join our team!
Branded Content Creator/ Manager will help capture the heart and soul of our organization while producing high-quality content and documentation that contributes to the overall success of our various products. In this role, you'll represent our voice by researching, crafting, and creating content that spans various platforms and uses, including documentation for our technology platforms, website(s), blogs, emails, and social channels. You will join a team of talented developers, quality engineers, product managers, marketers, and usability experts to make our products easier to understand and use.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties: (Other duties may be assigned)
With internal teams to obtain and develop and maintain a strong understanding of AffinityX products and solutions, as well as their content and documentation needs and priorities
Build and maintain valued relationships with key internal stakeholders
Marketing Product Content:
Utilize market research to learn about current content trends information relevant to our client industries, specializations, and target audiences
Create content strategies and develop / curate content that aligns with AffinityX business goals and objectives, and drives high engagement
Adapt content for application and implementation across channels including emails, video scripts, websites, blogs, white papers, press releases, sales collateral, social channels, native and targeted ad campaigns and sponsored / affiliate content
with the Marketing team to produce new content (in many forms) and generate future ideas
Technology Product Content:
Produce high-quality technical documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
Write easy-to-understand user interface content, help and developer guides
Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on repurposing and -sourcing opportunities
Ensure the materials stay up to date as the platforms and user interface changes over time
Responsible for client-facing and internal release notes.
Serve as editor-in-chief for AffinityX's content strategies to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency in voice
Maintain a calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates
Perform research and stay up to date on the latest developments in terms of search engine optimization, content trends, and consumer behavior
Maintain a strong understanding of SEO best practices as it relates to content development and implementation
Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
3 to 5 of Experience in digital marketing, copywriting, social media marketing, content marketing, strategic communication, and brand building management.
With agency and sales experience is a plus.
Creative-minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content
Strong project management skills
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal written communications skills (English)
Highly organized and detail driven
Ability to handle changing priorities and requests from team members
Desire to stay current with the latest marketing trends
Ability to deliver high-quality technical documentation with a keen eye for detail
Ability to quickly grasp complex digital and technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and imagery
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
