Proficient verbal and written communication to effectively convey brand messages and engage with diverse audiences.
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns.
Strong interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships with kids , visitors, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Thorough knowledge of the brand, its products, and key messaging to effectively communicate and represent the brand accurately.
Collaborative attitude and ability to work cohesively with other brand ambassadors, event organizers, and internal teams.
