To provide support to company operations and productivity through the efficient and cost
effective management of people, clients, assets and funds as well as the ethical execution
and implementation of the company policies and procedures, and by directing all efforts
to attain Company's Mission and Vision.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conducts periodic product demonstration to increase sales performance, motivate
dealers and end-consumer's patronage, and in achieving the store's target.
2. Evaluates dealer's performance, needs analysis and make necessary
recommendations, thereafter.
3. May perform a variety of sales and sales-generating activities such as saturation
drives (Streamering, flyering, stickering), prospecting, home meeting, business
presentations, etc. to caddy new staff and/or in support of branch/ dealer's
requirement.
4. Provides clients with awareness of new products, promos and activities of the
Company through regular marketing activities.
5. Establishes, maintains and improves relationship with clients and prospects by:
Developing and maintaining accounts by functioning as business
consultants to interested parties;
Developing and maintaining associations in the business community to
keep aware of sales opportunities;
Arranging meetings between senior management and clients when
potential new sales opportunities arises;
May attend to customer's complaints and may represent the Company
during grievance and resolution.
6. Provide support to dealers through periodic visits coordinated with the branch
concerned, and extending sales and marketing support.
7. Participates in the establishment of the department's objectives and standards of
performance and recommends changes in the organizational structure and policies
to meet the objectives.
8. May help the department in the preparation of management-required information
and progress reports.
9. Provide assistance in achieving the department's objective and requirements.
10. Submit periodic reports and/or attend regular meetings that may be required by
Sales Manager and/or Senior Management.
11. Performs other reasonable tasks as requested by the Sales Manager and/or Senior Management.

1. Oversees 5S program implementation
