JOB SUMMARY The primary purpose of this position is to grow the business by increasing new sangla and all auxiliary services of the branch where he/she is assigned to, while delivering the best customer experience in the pawnshop industry through company's value proposition. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensure that monthly targets are achieved: Revenue Targets Best customer experience Auxiliary products and services 2. Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the following such as, but not limited to: Organize and maintain cleanliness of the branch All transactions must be documented properly and timely All memos and office documents are properly filed and stored Cash monitoring and reporting on time All
government requirements are complete and up to date All marketing programs are implemented properly and on time Must attend all trainings and development programs Comply with the code of discipline and standard operating procedures set by the company Adhere to the company's 'tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo' customer program Snack and Meal breaks can be done during off peak hours Must attend engagement activities, such as: - Companywide events - Area meetings - Quarterly roadshows - Engagement activities - Teambuilding events Makes sure that all comapany assets such as but not limited to, are properly accounted for & taken care of: Customer items in vault Transactions tools Computer, printer, phone, & router Office supplies & furniture Security tools - locks, vault door, CCTV, & trace alarm QUALIFICATION: At least 2 years in college or with Bachelor's degree
Fresh graduate or with minimum of 1 year
customer service experience Willing to be assigned at the following areas below: - Rizal Area - Manila Area - Cavite Area
