Duties and Responsibilities
Formulates and executes strategic programs as a requirement for continuous improvement in business processes and strategic business aspects. In furtherance of this responsibility, the incumbent may recommend new strategies and work processes to enable the units to fully achieve optimum performance.
Ensures the achievement of KPIs; strives to improve the over-all performance of the Store through sales turnover, conversion rate of foot traffic to basket value of transaction, customer satisfaction and retention.
Actively promotes customer care approach internally and externally. Facilitates complete assimilation of the primary purpose of the business in retail which is to serve CHBC's Customers, and that visibility is vital to the Customers in the store's selling areas.
Organizes and monitors proper Inventory Management of goods i.e., fast-slow moving goods; and goods that should be available regardless of high turnover or value.
Actively pursues the maximization of the delivery efficiency by coordinating with Logistics Delivery functions within the Branch activity. Sets performance guidelines for effective monitoring, and sets incentive performance-based criteria for the delivery personnel.
Qualifications:
A graduate of business related course.
At least 4-10 years of work experience in a Managerial capacity preferably in the retail industry
Keen on details and highly organized
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making
Good leadership skills and excellent customer relations skills
Knowledgeable in SAP
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
