BRANCH SUPERVISOR (TALISAY BRANCH)
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for maintaining uniformity in the branch operations;
Plays an active role in the administration of the entire department;
Ensures that the branch opens and closes at regular times and permits employees to work overtime when required;
Requires to look after the customer service operations and delivery of products in a timely manner;
Monitors day-to-day activities and makes daily reports to send/discuss with his/her operations manager daily;
Not just motivates the employees to outshine but also takes disciplinary actions if an employee performs below expectations consistently;
Takes charge of overall employee, finance, operations, documentation, and customer service management;
Dedicates to the smooth functioning of its branch and
Other related responsibilities that may be assigned by the Company.
Qualifications/Skills:
Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree;
Must have experience in the said field;
Must be knowledgeable about laptops and computers;
Must be a good leader and know how to manage/supervise a team;
Must be proficient in various computer applications used in an office environment.
