Prepares relevant cash and accounting related reports, such as credit charge slip summary, EWT summary, and O.R.
Processing refunds, returns and exchanges of texts and merchandise according to established policies while being attentive to the benefit of the Bookstore operation and reputation as well as customer satisfaction.
Demonstrating maximum awareness of the impact of errors on the Bookstore's financial well- being and promptly taking corrective action when necessary and notifying buyers of SKU or pricing problems
At least College level of any course
