1. Understands very well the company's vision, mission, and core values, company policies and regulations, as well as the job description of the BAE position with all its functional duties, roles, and accountabilities.
2.Understands the business goals of the company and support its marketing objectives and strategies (including pricing strategies) by adhering to its prescribed standards and guidelines.
3.Masters all the products and understands the relevance to area crop rotation.
4.Supports and provides management with market intelligence information and initiatives such as but not limited to conducting prevailing price studies on Fertilizers, chemicals, and Hybrid seeds in the area on a weekly basis.
5.Understands the objectives of incentive programs and align selling action plans according to those parameters to gain their benefits.
6.Does pre-opening duties and responsibilities (at least 15 minutes before official store opening time)
7.Prepares all the receipts, documents, tools needed for sales transaction and do cash count to ensure the accuracy of cash before starting transaction for the day: Cash Invoice/TRA, BIR Sales Journal, Pricelist, Sales Notebook, Concessio Phone.
8. Checks system inventory status and actual physical stocks and makes sure that all SKU's are reconciled.
9.Ensures timely replenishment of inventory by proper planning and forecasting, maximizes shelf space in the branch, and follows the prescribed planogram and visual merchandising standard.
10. Ensures that products in the branch are in good sellable condition and reports to superiors any damage of products on the shelves or in the inventory for appropriate action.
11. Sells the right products to customers and cross-sells other products whenever appropriate.
12. Issues receipts for all store transactions and ensures the daily input to the BIR Sales Journal.
13. Posts all transactions to Concessio phone (or any company-prescribed device/application): Sold items (Cash & Credit), Stock conversion, Stock needed, Stocks transfer, Stock deliveries, Payments, among others that may be specified.
14. Posts all credit and payment transactions on customers' account envelopes.
15. Prepares Daily Cash flow report at the end of the day showing the breakdown of Sales per Category
16. Analyzes Monthly Sales performance of the Branch and provides/presents appropriate reports.
17. Ensures that all branch expenses are duly approved by the Immediate Superior
18. Oversees and ensures the proper work performance of Utility-Helper on store cleanliness, piling, & stocking, among others.
19. Enters accurate and truthful data on provisional/official receipts and other negotiable and accountable instruments.
20. Observes diligently the prescribed security and safety measures in the branch.
21. Evaluates store operational processes and administrative requirements (store supplies, structural conditions of the branch including signages, fixtures, doors, roofing, walls, and the likes) and recommends improvements of those through Immediate Superior and/or company's authorized representative.
