Key Roles:
1. Deliver training courses.
2. Conducts performance training needs analysis.
3. Regularly evaluates ongoing programs to ensure calibrated process knowledge.
4. Utilizes solid analytical and decision making skills to assess performance trends and the learning needs.
5. Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
6. Prepares training plans and agenda
7. Provides support to other departments with training related needs.
8. Develops or oversees the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
9. Prepares and facilitates product knowledge test.
10. Designs and develops targeted learning solutions to close identified gaps: strengthening organizational capabilities and ensuring that the organization meets or exceeds its performance targets and business goals.
11. Oversees and audits the end-to-end execution and evaluation of all accounts specific trainings, continuous learning sessions, individual/group coaching sessions, etc. Ensuring all trainers and QA are compliant to the TQA Standards set by the center for excellence.
Qualifications:
1. At least 1-2 years of solid experience as a Trainer or Training specialist in a BPO setting.
2. BPO experience is a plus.
3. Must be willing to work onsite (Makati)
4. Can Start ASAP
