Qualification:
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor in a BPO/Call Center setting
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proven ability to handle performance management, coaching, and employee engagement
Experience in handling KPIs, SLAs, and client reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
Responsibilities:
 
Supervise and manage a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to ensure daily performance targets are met
Monitor team performance through KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics
Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and regular team meetings
Provide real-time support and floor supervision to resolve escalations and customer concerns
Analyze reports and identify trends to improve team productivity and service quality
Ensure adherence to company policies, client guidelines, and compliance standards
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Collaborate with Operations Manager and other departments to improve processes
Lead engagement activities to promote a positive and productive work environment
