Skills Required :
At least 2-3 years BPO call center experience providing voice customer service support for international customers
Experience in handling a Life Insurance Account
Amenable to work on graveyard, shifting schedules, weekends, and PH holidays
Good computer navigation skills
Solid command of the English language
Solid customer service skills
Solid attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
