How You Spend Your Eight Hours
Tax Filing
Prepare tax returns and submit them in compliance with tax filing deadlines (0619E, 1601EQ, 1604E, 1601C, 1604CF, 2550M, 2550Q, 1702Q, 1702)
Collaborate with relevant departments to collect necessary financial data for tax preparation.
Handle the settlement of LOA's issued by BIR.
Facilitate the annual renewal of Registration of Computerized Books of Accounts in Compliance with BIR
Financial Statements Reporting
Preparation of Financial Statements and schedules
Daily Transaction Recording
Preparation of Journal and Check Vouchers
Posting of daily transactions - AP
Other Duties:
Processing payments for SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth
Monitoring of outstanding Cash Advance and Liquidation
Reconciling bank statements and accounts payable
Maintains a systematic filing of all vouchers, liquidations and other documents processed in the accounts payable
Assist the Finance Head in accomplishing and delivering its functions.
What You Must Possess
Proficient in preparing and filing all necessary tax documents.
Knowledge of current tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely compliance with tax authorities.
Experience in handling Letter of Audit.
Ability to generate comprehensive financial statements, including income statements, and balance sheets.
Utilizing accounting software to organize and present financial data in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to record and classify financial transactions accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.
Reconciling bank statements and accounts payable to ensure accuracy and integrity.
