Profile
Management
Supervise the day-to-day operations within the team (briefings, team building...)
Manage the integration of new joiners and help manager to assign responsibilities.
Transmit product training to sales staff.
Share ideas regularly and follow up the tasks delegated by the manager.
Improve synergies with other boutiques.
Supervising Performance & Sales
Achieve sales target by mastering the use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge.
Contribute to the global team performance: be a Role model.
Know targets (by product category) in terms of daily, weekly and monthly sales in order to push the sales team and motivate them: Morning meetings and punctual daily updates.
Share responsibility of spot Coaching
Lead by Example when Selling
Dedicate a large part of your time on the sales floor.
Welcome clients entering the department like a host, identifying their expectations and encourage them to visit the boutique and invite them to discover the Dior universe.
Know how to create the best customer experience through a 'multi-sensory' selling style.
Supporting Customer Relations and Services
Guarantee the transmission of the passion for the Brand within the department.
Be a role model to the team when inviting to discover other departments of the Boutique.
Supervise customer service that is beyond reproach (ASS, complains, package...)
Follow and fill out and update of clients details (name, address, phone, emails and useful comments)
Optimize relationship with customers through regular contacts.
Ensure the upkeep of the selling space and the image of the store
Following up the Organisation of Back-Office
Organize and contribute to stock management.
Be available for supporting the sales and handle with payments when necessary.
Control and maintain floor display area and merchandise.
Any other duties/matters which may be assigned from time to time by your reporting manager.

Degree
Work Experience
Previous experience in sales, customer service and relation industry
Retail experience is preferred
