Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data entry in the Cash Disbursement Books and Journal vouchers
• Checks and verifies loans and premiums accounting entries on disbursement vouchers
• Monitors loans interest and increment on members' equity
• Prepares roll forward analysis report on interest income and adjusting entries
• Maintains loans and premiums subsidiary ledger using Accounting system
• Reconciles subsidiary and general ledger balances
