We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to manage financial records, documentation, and support operational processes related to logistics and export. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bookkeeping, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate financial and administrative tasks to support business operations in the export industry.Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare and monitor financial reports, invoices, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and government regulations.
Manage documentation for logistics, shipment, and export-related transactions.
Reconcile bank statements, process payments, and prepare reports for management.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure proper documentation and timely release of shipments.
Organize and maintain company financial and export documentation.
Support management in audits and external reporting.
Requirements
College level or graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Staff, or a similar role.
Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (Excel proficiency required).
Familiarity with logistics/export documentation is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work onsite full-time.
